Pdf Fonts
Pdf Fonts are used to print a pdf with a particular font. To create pdf-fonts navigate Settings menu in sidebar then Pdf Fonts menu from settings sidebar.
To create a new pdf-font, some fields must be filled:
- Name, enter the full name of the font (required).
- File, upload a supported .ttf file of the font (required).
- Use Kashida, choose "Yes" and "No".
- Use Otl, choose "Yes" and "No".
Pdf Font Settings
Pdf Font Settings used to set the pdf setting click on Pdf Settings button given on Pdf Fonts pages or on Hrm Settings page. You can set the following setting in a pdf as given below.
1. Font Setting to choose a custom font in a pdf.
- Use Custom Font, choose "Yes" if you want to print in custom font, otherwise "No".
- Pdf Fonts, select the font, if Use Custom Font is selected as "Yes", it is required.
2. Appearance to show and hide of a particular information on pdf print.
- Letterhead Header Color, select the color of the header.
- Letterhead Show Company Name, choose "Yes" to show and "No" to hide.
- Letterhead Show Company Email, choose "Yes" to show and "No" to hide.
- Letterhead Show Company Phone, choose "Yes" to show and "No" to hide.
- Letterhead Show Company Address, choose "Yes" to show and "No" to hide.
- Letterhead Title Show In Pdf, choose "Yes" to show and "No" to hide.
3. Spacing to fix the padding on pdf file.
- Letterhead Left Space, enter a number to fix left padding on pdf file.
- Letterhead Right Space, enter a number to fix right padding on pdf file.
- Letterhead Top Space, enter a number to fix top padding on pdf file.
- Letterhead Bottom Space, enter a number to fix bottom padding on pdf file.
4. Pdf Font Size to fix the font size and line height in pdf file.
Holiday Pdf
- Holiday Pdf Font Size, enter a number to fix the font size in px.
- Holiday Pdf Line Height, enter a number to fix the line height in px.
Generate Pdf
- Generate Pdf Font Size, enter a number to fix the font size in px.
- Generate Pdf Line Height, enter a number to fix the line height in px.
